Tortellini Alfredo with Peas and Bacon
Whether you’re preparing supper for the family, or hosting a festive party or a casual get together, this elegant dish is sure to be a hit.
1 (10-ounce) package BUITONI Refrigerated Alfredo Sauce
1 (9-ounce) package BUITONI® Spinach Cheese Tortellini
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
4 slices lean bacon, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup green peas, cooked
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese for accompaniment
- Cook and drain Tortellini according to package directions.
- Cook onion, mushrooms and bacon in medium saucepan over medium-high heat until bacon is crisp; drain. Add pasta, sauce, peas and pepper.
- Cook stirring occasionally, for 1 minute.
- Serve with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
